A few common questions about group lodging, reservations and planning at Aspen Springs.

Do we need to reserve all 10 cabins for a group stay?

No. Groups can reserve the number of cabins that fits their stay, subject to availability. If you are considering the entire property, let us know and we can review options for your dates.

How does payment work for a group stay?

Groups can handle payment in one of two ways. One organizer may accept the quoted lodging plan and pay for the group reservation, or, after the lodging plan is agreed upon, Aspen Springs can temporarily block the selected cabins while individual households call and pay for their own cabin. Unreserved cabins are released after one week. Full payment is required to confirm each reservation.

Can our group use The Cave, and how many people can it accommodate?

The Cave is available to registered Aspen Springs guests and normally seats up to 24. For full-property stays, it can be rearranged in advance with tables and seating for up to 48.

Can you help us choose cabins, arrange households and accommodate accessibility needs?

Yes. We can help with cabin mix and, when availability allows, consider nearby households, step-free access and other practical placement needs. Aspen Springs has one ADA cabin and another non-ADA cabin with no stairs.

What options do we have for group meals and catering?

Guests can cook in their cabin kitchens, share meals in the outdoor dining area or The Cave, or bring in local catering. A complimentary DIY Catering Kit is also available by request.

How far in advance should we contact you about a group stay?

Earlier is helpful when you need several cabins or peak-season dates, but you do not need every detail finalized. Start with your approximate timing and group size, and we can work through the rest with you.
